Tulum is experiencing a rapid growth; the master plan of the city divides its plots into 100 X 100 blocks (a hectare). This projects aims to preserving 50% of the plot area and its slopes as green area so the mass blends with the jungle. The main concept is to have elevated villas with internal patios and use the parking below and the retail and co-working space as a platform.
