Can you do a temporary restaurant that will serve as a pop-up on a sidewalk for a week for $1000 usd? We loved the challenge and early on concluded that to achieve the desired budget we needed to re-use waste and recycled materials.  It is always exiting to participate in these exercises because it gave us an extremely accelerated design/estimate/reengineer/redesign/execute process - much different from typical construction projects.
